~Good vibrations all summer long on Friday nights at RIO SECO - Get ready for more "movin' and groovin" with your friends and neighbors this week with Dean Coy and Friends! One of our favorite classic rock bands, we hope to see everyone here 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13th. Wine tasting, Tri-Tip and Pulled Pork sandwiches, beans, veggies, and lots of surprises, too (pizza in the firebrick oven!) Family friendly, only $10, kids under 12 free.

~Yes, it's true! Finally getting to bottle that fantastic Zinfandel Port and Orange Muscat Dessert Wine this upcoming weekend, Saturday and Sunday, August 14-15th. All helping hands are appreciated! We love our Club members and friends and they enjoy being part of the work force... love wearing those old "will work for wine" T-shirts, too - a badge of honor, for sure! ~Loved seeing all our supporters at the 12th Annual Winemaker Cookoff sponsored by Rotary this last Saturday at the River Oaks Hot Springs - once again, we did not win a prize but probably had the most fun AND the most unique and creative food, ever....Family Friends and Super Chefs Kelly and Gregg Wangaard guided us through the foodie world of ballpark hotdogs stepped up a notch - ala Gruyere sauce, bacon, carmelized onion and Roussanne infused Dijon mustard OR our MVP Foie Gras port and roasted apple late harvest jelly! A homerun in anyone's ballpark (just not the judges!)-maybe next season! Thank you, all, for your continued enthusiasm and kind words about your RIO SECO experiences! Love it!
